Ryan has practiced physical therapy since 2014, across skilled nursing, outpatient, and home health. He built Borges Therapy Services around a simple observation: home health agencies in Acadiana had more referrals than therapists, and therapists had more skill than their contracts respected.
Today the company staffs PT, OT, and SLP coverage for home health agencies across 13 cities, with a growing team of clinicians who choose their own caseloads and get paid published rates, directly, every month.
The model stays deliberately simple. Agencies get filled visits and one point of accountability. Therapists get the contract Ryan always wanted to be offered himself.
